Activity Day: Let's lift some weights and break a sweat while we get to know each other! This is not a training session just casual weight lifting and such. Sit down for a more in DEPTH look into your relationship with God and discuss strategies and plans of action moving forward in your walk with God. (up to 4 hours total for the Activity Day) Follow Up Day: Follow up meeting on a later date to discuss your progress and monitor improvements as well as discuss more advanced action plans moving forward. (up to 2 hours)
